No answer at all from Etsy
- Seller gets many spam mails and questions Etsy's safe-email badge.
- They can't see the badge or verify safe messages and complain about service.
Tried to ask Etsy about save messages, no reply at all.Tried also by Pissed Consumer, Etsy did not react....
I am a seller on Etsy, I receive many spam mails.
Etsy says they use a security- badge in the safe emails. But they dont!
So how can I be sure if a message is safe or not, where can I see the badge??
This is a simple question but Etsy doesnt react at all, bad service!

Paid but no product
- 33 euros charged for a mini blower, but no order number email.
- Seller can't help without an order number; no Etsy contact; item not delivered.
Paid my mini blower. But it go wrong and dont get a email with ordernumber.
They say the pay go wrong but the 33 euro is of my bank.
The seller cant help me without order number and cant find nobody to speak from Etsy. Now still no mini blower en my mony is away.

Ik probeer op diverse manieren WEER contact met jullie op te nemen. Er word niet meer gereageerd!
Het gaat om de bestelling van 13-8-23 van Creawillyhaak, ik heb 2x 24 stuks gehaakte bloemen gekocht, deze zijn niet aangekomen. Contact met verkoper gehad, ze zijn zonder track en trace/getekend verstuurd. Maar ze zijn wel ergens in de brievenbus bezorgd. Nu sturen jullie en klarna mij van het kastje naar de muur.
Zeker 100x contact gehad, het uiteindelijke antwoord van Klarna is: JULLIE moeten in JULLIE systeem "return to klarna"aanklikken, zodat klarna de betaling kan annuleren.
Graag had ik dit zo spoedig mogelijk gehad, zodat het afgehandeld kan worden! Ik ben hier al zo lang mee bezig.

My reason for a review is that i got scammed
- Ordered a Nintendo Switch OLED on Etsy July 5, 2023 and never received it.
- Paid 1047.96 euro via iDEAL; seller promised to ship but did not.
On 5 july 2023 i ordered a Nintendo switch oled on etsy i never received it and i think i got scammed the sellers store name was: retro games gallery / E T S Y killedme
After this the online sellers page got closed and i could not find the listing of the product when i clicked on it!
They promised that they would send the product and they never did i paid 1047,96 euro that is about 1100 dollars
I paid it via ideal and there where many pay possibilities so i trusted it i hope that etsy can refund my money ive been trying to open a case but the seller is playing a game with me Because etsys policy is that you must try to make a help request from the seller if he doesnt answer in 48 hours you can file a case until 100 days of your purchase its not possible i think because i can't find it anywhere and its way more then 48 hours that the seller send me a reply
And now i dont know what to do but one thing i want to say to al buyers on etsy check if a store is real not by reviews not by payment methods find a way because its easy to get scammed by a seller and they will say to you file a complaint to etsy i can not refund your money and i think that is *** money is money ive send my hard worked money to you and you could easily send me the money from your bank acount scamming seller that you are and for you etsy i hope that you take my message seriously because you dont want a bad name as a online market where scammers are active but you want good reviews and honest sellers doing honest things and no scamming sellers
